Eucalyptus segmented vase highlighted with some curly bubinga & maple. The pink tones complement the sand dune glistening effects of the maple. The dark & chaotic grain of the bubinga adds a level of unease to the consistent patterns in the body. The base is a red leaf maple with a knot giving the piece some added character but not to detract from the body. The visuals are reminiscent of sunsets against shimmering dunes.

Each ring is precisely fit consisting of 75 pieces of delicate hardwood. ~12" tall & 8" wide at the opening. Walls are ~1/8" thick & sanded to a luxurious smooth touch. It's finished with pure linseed oil & natural carnauba wax.
